Sign up... It's easy! Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. has made it easier for you, the patient, to access your medical information. You can now log on to OHI's safe and private Patient Portal where only you can view your medical information.

Best of all, you can do it from anywhere: your home, the library, your phone, or anywhere you can access the internet.

How to get access When you come in for your next appointment, ask an OHI staff member to register you. All initial registration for the patient portal must be done on site at an OHI location. In order to register, you must be 18 years of age or older and have an existing email account. Once you are registered, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which will link you to the Patient Portal and provide you with your username and password to begin use. What you can do?
